Everyone we talked to had told us they were sure it was a girl, right down the nurse in the Ob office and the lady at the Pho restaurant. But surprise - he's a boy!
The photos from the ultrasound did not scan as well as we had hoped, but I'll upload the video here if I can ever figure out how :)
We're very excited, and have had lots of fun talking about boy names and what it will be like to have a son. That weekend, we headed over to Atlanta to pick out some furniture from the nearest Ikea. We were really fortunate to find a bookshelf and dresser there. We've also found a crib that seems to be a really good deal. Next, we're working on emptying out the room that will become the nursery and assembling all these great finds!
